STAFFING COORDINATOR/SCHEDULER

Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is actively seeking a Staffing Coordinator with prior experience, excellent communication and organizational skills to work Full-Time for our Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing and Rehab Center).

Duties:

  • Creating work rotations & schedules
  • Ensuring shifts are fully staffed
  • Understand the staffing requirements, anticipates over/understaffed situations and coordinates appropriate remedy with minimal supervision
  • Partners with Nurse Managers/Supervisor leadership to help forecast and anticipate future staffing needs
  • Tracking Open Positions for Recruitment
  • Call potential candidates and setup interviews
  • Answering phones & dealing with high call volume
  • Tracking and addressing attendance & lateness

Requirements:

  • Pleasant disposition and a positive attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent time management & prioritization skills required
  • Experience coordinating general office workflow activities 
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
