The Technology Program Management (TPM) team works across our Cloud Business Units to drive programs that deliver innovative, enterprise solutions for our customers. We play a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations. TPMs lead all aspects of programs through from beginning to end, ensuring a better workflow and more effective communication. The Senior TPM in Revenue Cloud will drive cross-functional and technical efforts in support of the Revenue Cloud's product roadmap. In addition to driving the delivery of our product roadmap, this role will drive and contribute to various programs across Revenue Cloud. The Sr. TPM will help plan, structure, and implement the vision for their programs, drive executive alignment, and keep all abreast on progress. Planning projects, defining outcomes, assessing risks, crafting actionable insights, establishing processes, and working with multiple teams to ensure dependencies are known and the projects meet goals on time is all in a day's work.

* Partner with cross-functional teammates (i.e., Product Owners, Scrum Masters, DevOps, Release Eng, Capacity, Functional Managers, Release Management) to drive workgroup alignment meetings, and address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, objectives, etc.

* Handle "program/feature" dependencies across various teams, functions, and divisions.
* Promptly anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
* Provide weekly program reviews to the executive team and shepherd release demos and reviews. Delve into current state of project goals, risks, blocking issues and path to resolution.
