Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of phone calls from customers regarding auto insurance policies. Additionally, you will assist the underwriting team by performing various clerical tasks.
This role will operate from 11:30 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday. After training, a hybrid work arrangement will be possible.
Responsibilities
+ Answer high volume phone calls from customers regarding auto insurance policies.
+ Assist the underwriting team with clerical tasks.
+ Manage phone communications for 20 states.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the auto insurance industry
+ Experience in the auto insurance industry.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, including PDFs, Excel, and MS Word.
Work Environment
You will be part of a team with 2 other office support members. This role involves working the 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM shift, with 95% of the job focused on answering phones.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25
