The Opportunity:

This role has the unique opportunity to support the Heroes who actively serve the children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being.

You will be responsible for the following:

* Demonstrate the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the children and the community we serve.
* Create, foster, and maintain relationships that promote high-quality patient care.
* Work with others to provide and understand vision and inspiration to peers by displaying passion and optimism
* Order and manage contact lenses, (trials, production, inventory, expired product)
* Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
* Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

You will be required to possess the following:

* One-year previous experience
* High School diploma or GED
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and EHR systems
* Ability to tech, scribe, optical, cross care, and perform Assistant Manager tasks
* Positive and outgoing demeanor and leadership experience with strong communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
* Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry.
