As an Office Clerk, you will be part of the administrative team supporting the office. We are looking for someone with critical thinking skills, logical thinking application, and general office skills that will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Office Clerk

**Location:** Fountain, CO

**Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour

**What's the Job?**

+ Provide backup support to the office

+ Advanced customer service skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of customers

+ Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs, Google Drive, and Excel

+ Basic phone skills and copy/scanner knowledge

+ Dispatching experience, including urgency to move loads, highly organized, and expert in attention to detail

**What's Needed?**

+ No minimum experience required

+ Ability to quickly sort through paperwork

+ Ability to find and mark trucks on spreadsheet as they arrive for pick up

+ Accounts Payable experience, including knowledge of the difference between invoice and statement and understanding of payment terms

+ Bonus if bilingual, additional bonus if Spanish
