The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for a Housekeeping Executive Assistant to join Housekeeping Team.

Situated on 22 acres along Waikiki's broadest stretch of sand with 2,860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets, this premier meeting destination offers over 150,000 sq. ft. of function space and Waikiki's most unique meeting and event venues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administrative roles and an additional 5 years of hospitality experience. They should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and various hotel departments. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of union processes, scheduling, and ordering.

The hourly rate for this position is: $26 to $34

What will I be doing:

As the Housekeeping Executive Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

* Provides the hotel executive with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones,
* Maintaining appointment calendar
* Prepares and maintains Excel spreadsheets tracking various programs including department training
* Making travel arrangements, note-taking and other general office duties.
* Opens incoming mail and distributes accordingly. Routes mail, faxes and other printed matter.
* Prepares and types correspondence and fairly complex numerical/financial reports, as directed.
* Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
* Other duties assigned by management
