POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Director will provide thought leadership to Genesis Rehab Services on all talent acquisition issues by building an intimate understanding of business needs and developing and implementing cost-effective and innovative staffing strategies to meet these needs. This position directs day-to-day staffing operations; including management of recruitment directors(s) to ensure the full complement of end-to-end recruiting services are utilized to the total satisfaction of each client.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Provide Talent Acquisition leadership, strategic and operational to a direct team of recruiting professionals and indirect team of field personnel to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met

2. Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with Senior Business and Executives Leaders, HR and Operations Leaders to develop and deliver talent initiatives which deliver top talent to Genesis.

3. Act as a subject matter expert by bring forth best practice ideas in support of on-going enhancements to Talent Acquisition's processes and systems

4. Leverage broad functional knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, personal networking, best practices and company policies and procedures to influence and address a wide range of enterprise level issues

5. Provide leadership to the company-wide effort , Candidate Experience designed to create a more engaging Talent Acquisition culture which leads to Genesis being recognized as a great place to work from the external community and internally builds shared vision and increases team collaboration

6. Drive a staff culture of customer service and continuous improvement for better overall results in efficiency and cost reduction

7. Implement progressive recruitment strategies which result in better hires, increased engagement and retention.

8. Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently receive the highest quality of service.

9. Shows respect and appreciation to others.

10. Works with a positive attitude, demonstrating teamwork and enjoyment for the job.

11. Demonstrates focus and discipline to in doing the best job possible.

12. Exhibits honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job.

13. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:1. Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 10 years management experience in recruiting, preferable in healthcare, long term care or a rehab environment, directing a progressive recruitment organization on a national scale.
