This sales leader will support onsemi's effort to accelerate revenue and design momentum in the Military, Aerospace and Defense market segment. In this role, the individual would work alongside our Business Unit Executive Team to redefine go-to-market strategies and position onsemi for future success in this key vertical.
Responsibilities
* Contribute towards driving the company's success and achieving vision in intelligent power and intelligent sensing.
* Understand and drive execution of the Military, Defense and Aerospace market segment to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position onsemi as a strategic partner.
* Achieve revenue and design win goals in the Military, Defense and Aerospace market segment.
* Define solution requirements, highlighting key semiconductor product opportunities that meet customer's critical power and sensing needs.
* Partner with product planning and development teams to ensure products meet critical customer specifications and timelines.
* Develop and establish strong relationships with key decision makers of all levels within the customers' organization, such as core engineering, advanced development, purchasing and program management teams.
