Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales Champion: Showcase the value of our memberships with unparalleled product knowledge and persuasive communication skills. Your knack for conveying the benefits of membership will be pivotal in driving sales.
- Customer Satisfaction Extraordinaire: As a beacon of hospitality, you'll always be "show-ready," impeccably representing Soapy Joe's through your engaging and welcoming demeanor. Your mission? To deliver the WOW factor in every interaction.
- Speed and Efficiency Maestro: Master the art of streamlining our processes, enhancing efficiency at our XPTs (Express Pay Terminals) through your expertise in DRB systems and expedited service. Collaboration with your team will be key in ensuring seamless car processing.

Requirements
Education/Training Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent desired
Skills/Abilities Requirements
- Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job with or without accommodation: >80% of the time the employee in this role will be in physically demanding conditions (sun, rain, wind, heat, confined spaces, high vol-umes of traffic and high-volume noise and sound).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, nights and weekends.
- A positive attitude and ability to be a friendly, team-player
- Attend and perform well at any training programs assigned.
- Able to move about to access a variety of tools and office equipment
- Able to consistently operate a computer or other electronic device
- Able to ascend or descend a ladder, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., lift overhead, twist and turn body when appropriate
- Must be able to communicate clearly through both verbal and written form
Salary Description
$17.50 per hour + Bonuses
