Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist customers with placing orders and answering questions.
Essential Job Functions
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Promote and sell products and services.
- Answer telephone calls and assist customers.
- Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
- Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
- Answer questions about the product or warranties.
- Maintain client database.
- Ensure all customer information is correct
- Enter customer orders into database for processing.
- Confirm orders for accuracy.
Position Requirements
Qualifications
- Must have Microsoft Office software experience
- High school diploma
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High energy in a multi-tasking support role
- Strong customer service skills
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
Typing 45+ wpm. Good 10-key skills.

Wilbert Funeral Services Inc. is a concrete manufacturer and service provider to the funeral service, building trades and agricultural market places. Manufactured products include burial vaults, monuments, septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters and miscellaneous agricultural precast products. Our operations include manufacturing plants and warehouses in 20 states.
