Responsibilities:
- Be the shining star that dazzles clients with your exceptional customer service skills, whether it's in person or over the phone. You'll be their go-to person for all things insurance
- Share your insurance expertise and knowledge with clients, answering their questions, helping them make important policy decisions, and guiding them towards the best coverage options.
- Sprinkle your magic on policy change requests, ensuring all updates are processed smoothly, from adding or removing coverage to tweaking personal information.
- Use your intuitive powers to identify client needs and suggest the perfect insurance products and services to meet their unique requirements. You're like a superhero, but for insurance
- Team up with our extraordinary agency members to create magical customer experiences. Together, we can conquer anything
- Work your tech wizardry to accurately record client interactions, update policy information, and generate reports using our super-cool computer systems and software.
- A zest for life and a high school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points if you have additional education or relevant certifications in insurance or customer service
- Previous experience working in a State Farm agency will make you stand out from the crowd.
- Being fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) will give you the edge when helping our Spanish speaking customers.
- Superpowers in the form of excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You know how to connect with clients, colleagues, and insurance underwriters like no other
