As an Executive Director of Home Health & Private Duty, you will impact the lives of our patients by

* Leading day-to-day operations and making strategic business decisions that prioritize the well-being of both the company and its employees.
* Managing a team of professionals, overseeing tasks such as recruitment, training, workload management, and performance evaluations.
* Ensuring that team efforts are closely aligned with the departmental operational objectives set by leadership.
* Overseeing all aspects of operational planning, including budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborating closely with the Sales team to drive census growth and implement effective strategies for expanding service areas.
* Continuously evaluating and implementing improvements to our services, structures, and processes based on thorough data analysis.
* Facilitating clear and effective communication channels between staff, other departments, external stakeholders, and senior management.
* Upholding the highest standards of ethical business conduct and clinical practice across the organization.
* Ensuring strict compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as adhering to CHAP standards of care.
* Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to patient care quality and organizational objectives.
* Developing and meticulously tracking goals aimed at enhancing patient outcomes, maximizing client satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency.

To become an Executive Director of Home health & Private Duty, you will need

* Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in skilled home health and private duty settings.
* Preferred qualifications include being a Registered Nurse or holding a license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with a proven track record.
* Prior experience in budget management, including budget development and financial monitoring.
* Comprehensive understanding of federal and state regulations, as well as CHAP standards of care, relating to home health and private duty services.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a focus on servant leadership principles.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for working with older adults.
* Flexibility to work weekends and be on call as required.
* Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and mobility tasks.
* Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively in a team and take direction from management, while also demonstrating initiative.
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability for achieving identified goals.
