Our Client Advisor is an ambassador and guide through the Maison of Louis Vuitton. Our store located in the Palazzo has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Client Advisor and a Part- Time Client Advisor to join their team.

Profil

This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and see themselves as a true personal 'advisor'. Successful candidates will possess a strategic sales approach, a willingness to learn, and a passion for forming long-term relationships with a global clientele. We value forward-thinking individuals, eager to supply their creativity and abilities to the success and strong heritage of the brand.

You must be someone who has experience working in a client-centric retail environment or a strong history involving customer service and interacting with a diverse and elevated clientele. We are seeking someone motivated to continuously improve personal performance, who possesses elevated interpersonal skills, and the curiosity to discover and delight our clients.

The Client Advisor will:
  • Drive and achieve individual/team objectives and be accountable for sales results
  • Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, using different clientele tools to cultivate Brand loyalty
  • Learn and master the Brand and product knowledge
