UMass Memorial Medical Group is seeking experienced Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians for temporary assignments at established practice sites across Central Massachusetts.
These float assignments are on an as- needed basis, providing coverage for an average of two days per week. Our float physicians provide comprehensive primary care in ambulatory settings. The position offers flexible hours and locations, depending on staffing needs. Coverage may be for vacation, vacancies or leaves. Office hours are Monday - Friday with no weekend, evening or call responsibilities.
We pay a competitive hourly rate and provide malpractice insurance.
Requirements:
Unrestricted MA Medical License
Current MA DEA certificate
BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
UMass Memorial Medical Group is the largest medical group in Central MA with over 1,060 employed physicians. UMass Memorial Medical Group physicians have faculty appointments at our academic partner-the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. Resources for primary care include an electronic medical record, ready access to lab and imaging services, hospitalist services for inpatient care, and an extensive network of local specialists.
