What You'll Do:

  • Agency Coordination: Manage new agency setups, agency changes, and terminations.
  • Process Management: Oversee the step-by-step department processes manual.
  • Support Leadership: Assist the SVP of Sales, Director of Agency Operations, Inside Sales Manager, and Business Development Managers with administrative tasks and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Sales Department Assistance: Provide timely responses to inquiries from the sales department by researching the necessary information.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls to the sales department, manage them appropriately, or route them as necessary.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on various projects on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Support projects aimed at increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the sales team.
  • Data Entry: Ensure data entry accuracy, and locate and resolve any issues with missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
  • License Processing: Manage resident/non-resident license appointments and terminations.
  • Agency Communication: Request necessary information from agency partners via email or phone.
  • Expense Management: Process and track check requests and manage co-op advertising coordination and cost tracking for each participating agency partner.
  • Salesforce Administration: Work with the Sales Business Analyst team to enter data in Guidewire, verify the accuracy of agency partner information, and create ad hoc reports in Salesforce.

What You'll Need:

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Professional Insurance Industry Designation, 440 or 220 insurance license
  • Strong attention to detail

Education & Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED required; undergraduate education is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and strong knowledge of Excel is required.

Work Environment:
  • Onsite presence required at our Lake Mary office.
