The F&B Barista is primarily responsible for greeting guests,
preparing, and serving delicious beverages and light meals to
guests while promoting a friendly, fast-paced environment, to
provide an exceptional guest experience.

work in our Hotel Cafe in Redmond, Oregon.

What You Will Tackle:

● Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all
guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.

● Observing guest reactions and conferring frequently with team
members to ensure guest satisfaction.

● Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest
complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.

● Embrace and exemplify the SCP Culture & Core Values in your
day-to-day job duties.

● Provide guests with friendly, fast, and personalized service in
accordance with Hotel standards.

● Accurately prepare amazing beverages and serve light meals for
guests in a warm, welcoming, and fast-paced manner.

● Ring sales orders into the cash register and maintain an
accurate bank during cash transactions.

● Answer phones in a friendly manner.

● Ensure daily setup procedures are complete; complete prep for
next shift.

● Other duties as assigned.

The Essentials:

* Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
* Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License.
* 1 year in cashiering, barista, or food running preferred.
