Customer Experience Support Associate

The Customer Experience Support Associate performs diverse administrative tasks in support of Call Center activities. Job functions include a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and phone-related job functions.
Responsibilities:
* Handling mail items
* Data entry
* Creation or completion of reporting
* Title work processing
* Extension/due date change processing
* Calling customers and dealers
* Identifying funds received and paid in full processing

Qualifications:
* Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Assertive, clear, and concise oral and written communication skills
* Must be detailed oriented
* Ability to work independently as well as operate as part of a team
* Competent PC and keyboard skills
* Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm
* Proficient in Excel
* Ability to stand, bend, and squat for lengthy periods of time to file documents
* Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed
