As a part of the Optum network, Optum Tri-State is seeking career-minded final-year Primary and/or Specialty Care Residents and Fellows ready to get a head start on their clinical career with a forward-thinking organization that is transforming the future of care. Position Highlights
* Receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training
* Enhance the experience of your final months of training and eliminate the burden of job searching
* Learn how to operate and thrive in a value-based care model in a system that is driving population health initiatives nationally
* Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings
* Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice
* The customized program will be completed at Optum Tri-State facilities in New Jersey and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary and specialty care the practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month.

Required Qualifications:
* M.D. or D.O.
* Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year
Preferred Qualifications:
* Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New Jersey
New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New Jersey residents is $33,280 to $40,300. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
