Now Offering a New Rate of up to $39ph** PLUS: SIGN ON BONUS OF UP TO $5,000 PAID AT $5 PER REGULAR HOUR WORKED - FOR FULL AND PART-TIME Only

Available LPN Openings:
Part time - all shifts - Up to $42** ph (can combine shifts to create Full Time position)

PRN, All Shifts - $39ph

** $42 ph is the 'No Benefits' part time pay rate of $37 ph + Sign on Bonus of $5,000, paid at additional $5.00 ph = $42ph, + Any applicable shift differential. Actual rate will depend on benefit plan selected.

Requirements

of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred

• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented

• Exceptional critical thinking skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
