We are looking for compassionate and experienced team members who have a passion for senior care and who want to make a difference and has the following qualities:

* Resident Focused Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others.

Job Requirements:

* Licensed as Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana
* Experienced preferred
* Strong verbal & written communication
* Ability to work under pressure & stay calm
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs, workload, & duties

Schedule/compensation:

* Weekend Clinical: Must work every Saturday and Sunday - 6 month commitment.
* Premium pay- receive time and a half for hours worked on the weekends plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift of an additional $1.50 hr @
* Will receive a total of four weekends or (8 weekend shifts) off per year
