- Manage student academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and graduation clearances.
- Assist with the maintenance and organization of electronic and physical student records.
- Collaborate with academic departments to update and maintain course catalogs and program requirements.
- Coordinate the evaluation of transfer credits and credit transfers between institutions.
- Assist students, faculty, and staff with inquiries related to academic records and policies.
- Prepare reports and statistical analyses on academic records data as needed.
- Stay updated on regulations and best practices related to academic recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work, preferably in a university or higher education setting.
- Knowledge of academic recordkeeping procedure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and student information systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
