We're seeking a dynamic Psychologist Supervisor to join our team at a DODD facility in Tiffin, OH. This is a contract position projected to last at least one year, offering a competitive pay rate of $85/hr.

Position: Psychologist Supervisor
Location: Tiffin, OH
Schedule: Variable (flexible) Schedule - Likely 1st or 2nd shift (occasionally weekends depending on need)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Campus: Large campus, walking required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and guidance to psychology students, assistants, or psychologists.
  • Conduct employee training and development courses as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Utilize your expertise to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • License to practice psychology in Ohio.
  • 12 months of experience as a licensed psychologist.
  • Completion of 1 course in employee training & development OR 3 months of experience providing work direction & training/supervision to psychology students, assistants, or psychologists.
  • Healthcare-professional level CPR certification.
