Director of Quality Assurance and Staff Development Opportunity Description
 
Our client is an established, multi-site Home Health and Hospice provider. They are seeking a Director of Quality Assurance and Staff Development to oversee Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Staff Development for their Home Health and hospice service lines.  This position is based in the Rochester, NY area.  A Registered Nurse with both Medicare Home Health and Hospice QAPI leadership experience is a must. Staff training and development experience is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply
 
Director of Quality Assurance and Staff Development Job Requirements
  • Home Health and Hospice QAPI leadership experience.
  • Expert knowledge of state and federal hospice rules and regulations including OASIS and PDGM.
  • Staff Development and training experience.
  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree required.
Director of Quality Assurance and Staff Development Job Responsibilities
  • Lead QAPI and Education / Training team.
  • Ensure offices are in compliance with all state & federal regulations.
  • Monitor KPI’s and metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures relating to staff training.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
