You'll collaborate with program Directors to boost referrals, supervise and support the Hospice team, and oversee staffing to ensure seamless operations. Does this sound like you?

To excel as our Hospice Director at Cornerstone VNA in Rochester, NH, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospice or a related field.
