Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Customer Success team members to create insertion orders to administer performance media, programmatic and Talent Acquisition Cloud requests.
* Maintain, update, and credit orders; collaborate with Billing team members to ensure accuracy in invoicing and reporting for customers as needed.
* Traffic implementation tickets for delivery in company ticketing system.
* General department operational support and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

* 0-1 years of experience with a desire to learn new skills in the software industry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong project and time management as well as organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
