As a Behavior Specialist in a Wasatch Behavioral Health STRIDE Program, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one assistance and support to clients in the Utah County area. Your role will involve supervising clients, assisting with instructional and activity planning, managing crisis situations, teaching independent living skills, and documenting client behaviors. Additionally, you will participate in staff and peer review meetings, assist with document reviews, monitor client behaviors and reactions to medications, help distribute medications, and ensure the safety of clients at all times.
