As a new Behavior Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you can expect a rewarding and dynamic role. Are you the Behavior Specialist we're looking for?

To excel as a Behavior Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You should possess the ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and effectively communicate with team members to provide collaborative care. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in implementing behavior plans are also key to success in this role.

Additionally, attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help you document progress accurately and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the treatment process. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one (1) year post high school education in social work, psychology or a related field
  • one (1) year of general work experience, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
