Job Description
The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Office with administrative tasks to ensure office functions are being performed adequately and in a timely manner. Support the office with daily tasks or projects. Work closely and develop effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal staff. Perform administrative support functions such as data management, creating reports, drafting correspondence. Understand and learn all job functions and procedures, including but not limited to Creating quotes, Work-orders, Field service reports, Scheduling, Outsourcing for new business. Maintain a pleasant and secure working environment. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures. Special projects as needed. Previous exp in an office setting.
Skills Required
HS DiplomaGED. 1 year of customer service exp. Excellent phone etiquette. Great attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
