Lead Behavior Technician - BACB Supervised Independent Field Work Opportunity

What would you be doing?

* The Lead Technician applies their education, skills, experience, and passion to provide for the coordination of ABA based therapy for our clients in the setting agreed as being most clinically appropriate for the client.
* Partners with the client/family unit to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in the school, home, and community setting to advance the goals prioritized by the family and BCBA.
* Collaborates with the BCBA and Behavior Technician/RBT on cases that follow the supervision model.
* Along with the BCBA, the Lead Technician will coordinate and provide ABA based services to exceed the expectations of the client/family unit while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the company.

What do you bring to the role?

* Minimum of Bachelors Degree
* 2 years of relevant experience in ABA as a Behavior Technician or RBT
* Enrolled in ABA Graduate Program or Graduate working on hours strongly preferred
* A love and Passion for working with children
* Interest in learning
* Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
* Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

Compensation:

* $25 to $28 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications

Physical Demands:

Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
