SUMMARY:

The National Technician Recruiting Manager will the lead the efforts of sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews for Lazydays network of RV dealerships. In this role the individual will act as the liaison between Lazydays and the top technical and vocational schools across the country. The individual will partner with campus career services personnel, to coordinate on campus recruiting efforts, to ensure Lazydays is a preferred employer with the nation's top technical training programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Provide Fixed Operations recruiting support across network of dealerships.
* Fosters relationships with existing technical school partners, to support the staffing needs for each dealership.
* Serves as the brand ambassador for Lazydays on technical school campuses, by promoting Lazydays as a preferred employer to upcoming graduates.
* Participate in on campus career fairs, career presentation days and on campus interview days.
* Builds relationships with new recruiting resources i.e.: tech schools, trade organizations, military etc. to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for all dealerships.
* Collaborate with dealership hiring managers and existing TA Specialist to address critical staffing needs at the dealership level.
* Review, prioritize, on campus interviews, phone screens, and assist with scheduling candidate interviews with dealership hiring managers.
* Develops the recruitment and interview process to provide candidates with a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to hire.
* Responsible in managing a positive hiring manager experience.
* Utilize social media channels i.e.: LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. to promote Lazydays career opportunities and enhance employment brand.
* Comfortable presenting career opportunities and Lazydays company information to large groups, with the ability to answer specific questions.
* Completes various HR projects in a timely manner.
* Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* High School education or equivalent required
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3-5 years previous experience and success of full cycle recruiting for technical roles.
* Training and understanding of recruiting process, interviewing skills and managing candidate lifecycles.
* Experience in social media tools and application of recruiting effectiveness
* Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and vocational training partners.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Strong organizational and communication skills required
* Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
* Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
