We currently have an excellent opportunity for a National Driver Recruiter.

This individual will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the driver capacity recruiting plan. Recruit, screen, interview & hire qualified applicants as per Boasso Global Driver Hiring guidelines while improving driver retention & safety standards.

**Essential Functions:**

* Screen, pre-qualify and order preliminary report on drivers to ensure that only the best candidates are considered for hire

* Communicate with the Driver Recruiting Processor

* Review Driver Demand Spreadsheet to determine needs by terminal and together with the customer (terminal management) develop recruiting plan (desired capacity, advertising budget and plan)

* Communicate with Terminal Managers to provide updates & set up interviews.

**Skills and knowledge required:**

* HS Diploma, 4 year degree preferred

* 2 Yrs. Recruiting/ Staffing experience needed, ideally within transportation industry

* Strong communication skills

* Microsoft Office a must

* Strong persuasion skills required, previous experience in sales preferred
