Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will manage business-related tasks such as creating reposts, organizing travel and accommodation, taking notes during executive meetings, and other organizational tasks. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and work directly with other Regionals, General Managers and the Chief of Staff.
Status: Full-Time - Monday through Friday
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly based on previous experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Holding standards for regionals to align disciplinary action with GM's
- Maintaining accurate reporting in KPIs for the sales department
- Managing expense reports
- Organize and plan travel for employees' company-wide
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and hold the line regarding policies and deadlines
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines as assigned by executives and C-suite
Qualifications:
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 2 Years of Administrative/Office Management work
- Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff including executive level and C-suite
- Highly flexible and willing to pivot with unpredictable changes
