**About the role**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact at the receptionist desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Answer inbound calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Follow up on help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Assist in managing and tracking help desk inquiries and escalating issues as necessary.
- Perform administrative duties for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**What we want to see**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in IT or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a help desk or administrative capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of IT and help desk procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
