Family Counseling Associates realizes the strength of our practice is our exceptional staff. We support our clinicians in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. **We are currently seeking a licensed psychologist for our Danvers, Massachusetts, center.**

**Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.**

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

If you are located in Danvers, MA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems

+ Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate

+ Conducts individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts

+ 2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to couples and families

+ Experience working with children or adolescents

+ Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations

+ Proven ability to commute to the location in-person

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with children or adolescents

+ Experience with couples or family counseling

+ Experience with health psychology

+ Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting

+ Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions is highly valued

+ Comfortable using computers - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS

+ Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting

+ Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

+ Proven to be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients

+ Proven ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired

+ Proven forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with internal and external providers
