Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We support our clinicians in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work-life balance. We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist for our Danvers, Massachusetts, center.

Clinicians can telehealth 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site are required. Must commit to two evenings per week.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $70,900 to $106,400 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience working with children or adolescents.
Experience with couples or family counseling.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
