Job Summary:

The IMA Group is actively recruiting for training classes and seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tier 1 Scheduler. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently scheduling medical and psychological examination appointments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness, while managing both outbound and inbound calls.

The hours for this position are 8:00am to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday. The compensation for this position is $16 per hour. If you possess bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, you will receive a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Interface with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal staff to facilitate seamless scheduling and address inquiries.
  • Accurately enter and maintain scheduling information in the company's database, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, working collaboratively with team members to find efficient solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of scheduled appointments and related communication.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year clerical and telephone experience.
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles is preferred.
