Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of our customer interactions, ensuring timely coordination with our Dispatch and Scheduling teams to meet customer orders while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Your primary responsibilities include:
+ Handling inbound calls from customers (60-80 calls per day on average)
+ Assisting with customer relations and order taking
+ Understanding customer needs and partnering with Sales or Dispatch to solve problems
+ Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
+ Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
+ Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience
+ Background in shipping/logistics
+ Experience with B2B operations support
Work Environment:
+ On-site/in-office position
+ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch
+ Five-week training schedule: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch
+ Cubicle environment with dual monitors
+ Part of a team of 15, including dispatchers, CSRs, and specialist roles
+ Concrete manufacturing company with multiple locations across the Bay Area

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
