* Lead and transform our revenue cycle operations to ensure optimal financial performance and operational excellence.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize revenue generation while maintaining a strong commitment to patient care.
* Analyze and leverage data, using tools such as Snowflake and Palantir, to identify revenue growth opportunities and streamline revenue cycle processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance billing, coding, and reimbursement procedures.
* Oversee and manage the revenue cycle team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve performance targets.
* Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and ensure compliance.
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics to track revenue cycle performance.
* Lead and participate in the development of training programs to ensure staff proficiency and compliance.
* Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the revenue cycle team.
