Job Summary:
Johnston-Willis Hospital is seeking a Site Director of OB Hospitalists for their independent practice in Richmond, Virginia.
About the Practice:
The Site Director will ensure the program achieves clinical and operational objectives and guides the hospitalist team.
Reports to the Medical Director of Operations.
Collaborates with the MDO to deliver excellent care.
Build and maintain relationships.
Oversee the program's financial health.
Qualified Candidates:
Board Eligible or Board Certification required.
Virginia licensure or ability to obtain.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with all levels of staff.
2+ years of experience preferred.
