You're a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a call center environment. Duties include but are not limited to answering numerous inbound phone lines, email communication, outbound follow-up calls, and system documentation.
You will:
* Answer the phone professionally and expeditiously
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Research required information using available resources
* Transfer customer complaints accurately
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Maintain excellent notes in appropriate systems
* Route calls to the appropriate resource
Essential Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* 1+ years of previous call center experience
* Experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environments required
* Ability to work remotely hardwired into local home internet
Desired Requirements:
* Associate's or BA/BS degree
* Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
* Powerful customer focus; effective listener
* Recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience- e.g. Medical Assistant, Nurse's Aide, EMT, health insurance company etc. is highly preferred
