In and Outbound Customer Service Assistant

Our client, a leader in access control and customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of the In and Outbound Support Department supporting a majority of east coast customer. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** In and Outbound Customer Service Assistant
**Location:** Salem, OR
**Pay Range:** $18.27 per hour
**What's the Job?**
1. Process customer orders and handle inbound phone calls.
2. Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
3. Apply pre-established guidelines to perform tasks efficiently.
4. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Work closely with supervisors to manage tasks and queries.
**What's Needed?**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Familiarity with basic customer service concepts and procedures.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
5. Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
