Missions

* Activité 1 : Participer à la définition, à la documentation et au déploiement des processus Drop au niveau groupe
* Activité 2 : Accompagner le changement en co-construisant et communiquant le plan de formation (calendrier, supports, suivi)
* Activité 3 : Participer à l'amélioration continue du drop (suivi des projets, suivis des indicateurs de performance des KPIs, évaluer la qualité de préparation des fournisseurs drop)
* Activité 4 : Participer à la coordination et l'alignement des pays (France, Sud et Nord) et s'assurer de la bonne application de la stratégie définie par le management
* Activité 5 : Mesurer et suivre la qualité du service réalisé par les fournisseurs Drop et remonter les risques et impacts sur le business

Relations internes / externes :Relations externes : fournisseurs / préparateurs logistiques (3PL)Relations internes : transverse : Équipe Supply Chain dans les pays ( planning / appro / transport ) / IT drop

Principales Aires de Mobilités : Quelques déplacement possible dans les entrepôts

Les attributions du Salarié conserveront un caractère évolutif. En ce sens, elles pourront être modifiées ou complétées en fonction de l'évolution des besoins de la Société, sans que cela ne constitue une modification du contrat de travail, ce que le Salarié accepte expressément.

Pré-requis

* Formation et expérience professionnelles :
* Niveau et type de formation initiale : Ecole de commerce / Ingénieur avec master spécialisé en en Supply Chain
* Expérience professionnelle (type et durée) : première expérience en project management / boite de conseil première expérience dans le domaine du retail et / ou du e-commerce ( préférable mais pas obligatoire)

Soft skills : Bon communicant(e), savoir adapter votre discours en fonction de vos interlocuteursCapacité à cadrer et formaliser des besoins et à prendre des initiativesCapacité d'adaptation, et de travailler sur différents projets en transverse Capacité d'analyse, esprit de synthèse et capacité à prioriserCurieux et autonome

Hard skills : Très bonne maîtrise du pack office et des fonctionnalités Google (Gsuite) Aisance dans les outils technologiques et informatiques (ERP, WMS, SAP)Anglais courant obligatoire & Espagnol et/ou italien est un plus Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement Supply Chain (planning / approvisionnement / flux logistique /transport )Aisance dans le Pack Office
