Mission

Elsan et Livi s'associent pour créer des centres de santé nouvelle génération.

Elsan est le leader de l'hospitalisation privée en France, avec plus de 130 établissements de santé privés (MCO, SSR, HAD, imagerie, dialyse, radiothérapie) partout sur le territoire, et Livi, l'expert européen de la téléconsultation et du soin digital avec plus de 400 médecins exerçants en France

Forts de nos expertises complémentaires, nous créons des centres de soins primaires innovants, combinant soins de proximité et lien numérique (téléconsultations, compte patient en ligne et application digitale) entre patients et médecins. L'accès aux soins et leur qualité sont au cœur de nos projets de santé.

A travers cette offre de soins, les centres et les professionnels de santé qui y travaillent contribuent aux priorités définies par les autorités sanitaires : rendre les soins primaires accessibles à tous, toujours plus pertinents, innovants et développer la prévention.

Encadré par le directeur territorial Elsan du 93 et la directrice des opérations de Livi, vous êtes responsable du lancement, du management et du développement du premier centre de santé digi-physique Elsan x Livi, basé à Saint Denis.

Vos missions en tant que responsable du centre :

● Piloter et développer l'activité du centre de santé

● Recruter et manager les équipes médicales, paramédicales et administratives (environ 15 personnes)

● Mettre en œuvre le projet de santé du centre en étroite collaboration avec les équipes ELSAN et Livi, notamment :

* Faire émerger et mettre en place des parcours digiphysiques
* Développer la patientèle médecin traitant

● Être en charge de la bonne organisation du centre :

* Gérer les plannings
* Etre responsable de l'ensemble des process opérationnels en lien avec les fonctions centralisées aux sièges Elsan / Livi (RH, finance, etc.)
* Être responsable de l'approvisionnement du centre en consommables
* Coordonner les prestataires du centre et veiller à son bon fonctionnement au quotidien

● Piloter la performance opérationnelle et financière du centre

* Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs en place
* Mettre en place les démarches d'amélioration
* Superviser la facturation des actes
* Rédiger et suivre les demandes de subvention
