The Park Medical Group seeks an experienced Call Center Representative for its in-house call center. The ideal candidate will handle a large volume of in-bound calls for services including primary care, gastroenterology, endocrinology, rheumatology, and social work. Works in collaboration with the healthcare team to perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling patients, insurance verifications, triaging questions, assisting with pre-surgical activities and information. Exhibits Service Excellence Standards at all times and incorporates into all interactions.

Shift: Days

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Essentials:

* A minimum of 1-2 years' related experience required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with professional appearance.
* Ability to function independently.
* Clerical, data entry, and computer skills required.
* Demonstrates appropriate and courteous telephone etiquette during telephone exchanges.
* Relays essential phone messages.
* Demonstrates effective communication skills with patients, co-workers, physicians and Medical Center Staff.
* Ability to accurately schedule appointments.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that has frequent changes in priorities, policies and requirements.
* Flexibility and ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail with organizational skills and an ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.

Education Requirements:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
