Adecco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at a Northvale manufacturer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
• Train production workers on routine maintenance procedures and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Associate's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair principles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work at heights.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 per year.
