Central Services

Unsere europäischen WongDoody Central Services arbeiten eng mit unseren Teams in ganz Europa zusammen, um die professionelle Grundlage zu schaffen, die unsere Kolleg:innen befähigt, Unglaubliches zu leisten. Das 20-köpfige Team besteht aus den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Finanzen, IT, Recht, Büro- und Reisemanagement, Marketing sowie Personal.

Das erwartet Dich
  • Du bist innerhalb des Employee Lifecycle verantwortlich für alle Aufgaben im Bereich People Operations. Dazu gehören insbesondere administrative Tasks aus den Feldern On- und Offboarding, Vertragswesen, Personaldatenpflege, Reporting & Monitoring, Dokumentation sowie vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung.
  • Du bist serviceorientierte:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Leads
  • Du bist strategischer und operativer Treiber für übergreifende Themen im Bereich People Operations, intern und im Bezug auf Infosys
  • Du leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zu unserer Employee Experience und trägst in Projektgruppen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer oddity Unternehmenskultur bei.

Das bringst Du mit
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Personalbereich und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in gleicher oder ähnlicher Rolle.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht, Erfahrung in Payroll-Prozessen und der Bearbeitung von People Operations-Projekten.
  • Du findest dich im internationalen Arbeitsumfeld schnell zurecht und hast bereits in gleicher oder ähnlicher Umgebung gearbeitet.
  • Du liebst Reportings, Ad hoc Auswertungen und HR Controlling.
  • Du hast bereits mit Workday gearbeitet oder warst idealerweise bei einer Implementation beteiligt
  • Du schätzt sinnvolle Strukturen, gute Organisation sowie eine präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - auch bei hohem Arbeitstempo.
  • Du bist es gewöhnt, Dich schnell auf neue Situationen einzustellen und stets in Lösungen zu denken.
  • Du bist kommunikativ sehr versiert - ob in deutscher oder englischer Sprache.
