Temporary Summer Hospitality Assistant Position

Employment Period: May 2024 - August 2024

Essential Responsibilities:

* Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
* Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
* Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.
* Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
* Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.
* Performs touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units as directed by Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
* Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning.
* •Completes make-ready checklist and all other required maintenance documentation in a timely manner as required by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
* Complies with Greystar's safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the community's routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.
* Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and completing assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
