Summary
The Customer Service Representative welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces
visitors to appropriate personnel as needed. The role of the Customer Service Representative is to also help guide the
flow of traffic and make it a seamless process for the customer when entering the dispensary to shop. Multi-tasking
and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, schedule flexibility
is needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Working knowledge of medical and retail products.
• Responds efficiently to customer inquiries and maintains high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
• Assists in the front lobby area when needed.
• Daily access of iPad, PC computer stations, Scanning System, Bitrix, ERP Systems and other company provided
tools.
• Greet all customers in a friendly welcoming manner.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests.
• Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
• Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.
• Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
• Accurate and timely data entry of patient and/or customer profiles.
• Receives, sorts, and routes sales materials as directed by management.
• Working knowledge of medical and retail products.
• Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security
protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations..
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in basic computer skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range
$16.00/hour - $16.50/hour
