Nous recherchons pour notre client grand compte un consultant technico-fonctionnel SAP qui intégrera le centre de compétences SAP.

Il/elle sera en interface avec l’intégrateur sur le Projet MyERP (SAP S4), avec les représentants des Métiers de la Supply Chain et avec les Référents Applicatifs (DSI) pour s’assurer de la cohérence d’ensemble de la solution

Il/elle contribuera à définir et valider la solution SAP S4 pour répondre aux besoins métiers. Il/elle s’assurera que la solution proposée est la plus standard possible et qu’elle couvre les processus tels que prédéfinis par le client.

Il/elle s’appuiera sur son expertise métier et des solutions SAP pour répondre aux besoins des processus d’Ordonnancement :

- Gestion de la demande

- Planification des besoins

- Calcul des Besoins Nets

- Gestion des conversions Ordres Planifiés, Demande d’Achats, Ordres de Fabrication

Il/elle

- Challengera les Métiers et les aider à prioriser les demandes

- Challengera et valider les documents rédigés (spécifications, documents de paramétrage, etc.) par les intégrateurs

- Contribuera activement aux tests unitaires faits par la DSI, aux tests d’intégration, aux UAT, aux bascules à blanc

- Suivra les incidents traités par les intégrateurs sur son périmètre, vérifier les solutions proposées et les corrections apportées

- Participera aux ateliers de migration de données & de préparation à la bascule

- Aidera à la prise de décision pour la mise en production de la solution de son périmètre

- Participera aux QRQC, réunions d’équipe, de synchronisation avec les projets (MyERP, tout autre projet SED ou Groupe dans lequel il/elle est impliqué(e), aux COPROJ/COMOP avec les intégrateurs, comités métier, etc.

- Participera aux chantiers identifiés permettant de faciliter la transition entre la solution actuelle SAP ECC et la solution S4 en cours de construction

- Participera à un éventuel audit projet.


 

- Expert sur SAP PP - Ordo

- Intérêt pour les sujets d’intégration complexes

- Connaissances techniques (notamment pour les interfaces et relecture STD)

Connaissance de la gestion des incidents (ITIL)

- Connaissance d’outil de ticketing (SNOW)

- Connaissance de l’outil de testing (HP ALM)

- Autonomie

- Bon relationnel

- Disponibilité et sens du service

- Anglais écrit et lu requis
