About the Role:

As the Head of Home Onboarding, you will be at the helm of a crucial department charged with seamlessly integrating homes into Belong's growing network. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and meticulous operational management, ensuring that each home is rapidly and efficiently onboarded with a focus on quality and homeowner satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

This senior management position is based out of Miami, FL, and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will lead a dynamic team across the nation, driving the operational framework that supports rapid scaling of our network while maintaining the highest standards of service and execution. The role requires a full-time presence in our Miami office, with working hours from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm ET.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Nationwide Operations: Oversee all aspects of home onboarding, including inspections, renovations, and turnovers, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to aggressive timelines.

Drive Operational Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for onboarding efficiency, homeowner satisfaction, and team performance. Use data-driven insights to continually refine processes and increase efficiency.

Strategic Development: Formulate and execute long-term strategic plans for the department, aligning with Belong's overall mission and growth objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain robust communication and collaboration with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Leasing, and In-Home Care to enhance service delivery and operational success.

Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree in Business, Operations or military leadership courses are highly regarded.

Experience: At least 7-10 years of operational experience, with a significant portion in leadership roles, preferably in customer-facing industries.

Skills: Exceptional project management and analytical skills, proficiency in operational and data analysis tools, and strong competencies in strategic planning and execution.
